This policy explains what personal data we process when you contact us through this website, why, and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

For as long as the conversation lasts and, if we do not end up working together, for a maximum of 12 months afterwards. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes).

We do not sell or pass on your data. Only the providers we need to communicate with you have access to it, as data processors:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). They do so with GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country.

This website is aimed at businesses. If you are under 14, please do not send us personal data.

9. Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable measures to protect your data. Only the Zenox team has access to it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
